When you book a call or ask for the Scorecard, we keep your email address, your name, your company as read from your email domain, the process you named, whether you ticked the notes box, and the booking details. When Charles logs a conversation by hand, that entry says so.

We use them to send you meeting details and the Slide3 CDQ Scorecard, and, if you ticked the box, occasional Applied Operational AI notes.

The Scorecard form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from scripts. Turnstile reads nothing you type; Cloudflare describes what it does process in its own addendum: Turnstile Privacy Addendum

This site sets no cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies or fingerprinting.

On a deletion request we delete your lead record and blank the raw submission that created it.

Raw submissions, from the form or from a booking, are kept until the post-show scrub, due after the reconciliation on September 17, 2026. Your lead record stays until you ask us to delete it.
